I was eating at the Kartoffelhaus for the first time today. I will probably rave about the delicious vegetarian food for days. I had the number 15 ... ❤ the vegetables freshly prepared, deliciously seasoned with spices. The potato pancakes, very crispy .. ... and as a starter there was salad, mega freshly chopped, nothing out of the glass or something. I'll be back, it's a shame that I live in the Pott, I was super, pleasantly surprised. Ps.super, nice service🥰

Betty is simply the loveliest and most joyful landlady you can imagine. The food is tasty and plentiful. The menu is varied and imaginative. I especially love the beer garden ... Like a lovingly designed island in the city, right behind the church. I always enjoy being in the Kartoffelhaus and we are happy to recommend it to our friends ... Top!!! BETTY keep it up😋

Good and delicious food, a minus we sat in a large uninviting and somewhat old-fashioned room while the front part feels cozy. But food is top notch

All in all, the service is very nice, but that was the best thing that evening. We got the wrong drink twice, wrong orders were noted and these were then put to the wrong people at the table. The waiter was unable to provide any information about the drinks or the food what to expect. The food itself was okay, not great but okay. The potato pancakes looked as if they weren't made themselves and the fries were very fatty, which I personally don't like, but that's a matter of taste somewhere. My steak was okay, I can't fault that. However, I would not eat here again, if you have no expectations you can go here, otherwise I would not recommend it, sorry.

I find it outrageous to have such bad reviews admitted. We celebrated our son's first communion here today. We can't say anything bad. Everything was great. The service was super friendly and very helpful. Dear Betty, thank you very much for everything! In 2022 we will celebrate the next communion with you that is certain. Keep up the good work you guys are great !!!

On the whole quite okay, a nice service, the food tasted despite hair in the food (also baked in the cheese) without an apology, but with the statement that it wasn't from us, our people in the kitchen do not have this hair color and the question whether it would have been inside or outside ..! ?? Then we would have liked to have another drink, but were not asked for it and had no chance to order it ourselves. The salt shaker (with at least six holes) didn't even come out a pinch after shaking it three times. And otherwise it was quite temporarily with only one other occupied table.

As always, it is super tasty food here. Now that Betty recognizes us, she also personally says hello. We ate the Balkan counter and plate so full of good food that we couldn't finish it! The meat tasted delicious, especially rice with goente, it was delicious and together with the Weizen beer it was the perfect meal! After dinner I quickly took a look in the kitchen and thanked Betty (she was super busy) but she makes time to say goodbye. So you went to eat with Betty and her wonderful family in Olsberg. I am sure you will be received with love and you prefer to lick your plate!

We have eaten here with our small .. we have only had our drink during the meal and there is 1 beer too much counted, we also ate among the wasps although they can do little about it I think. The food was also very tasty, it should only be done a little quiet with the olive oil on the garnish. Well recommended!

Long wait, not too friendly people. Once the main course was served, there was no sign of any employees. Out of six meals, three were served incorrectly.
